Strong families are the foundation of the past, present, and future prosperity of Alberta.
As a province, we should make every effort to support families by lessening the heavy financial burdens inherent in raising children. Furthermore, we must ensure all government programs and incentives assist, rather than hinder parents, in their ability to spend more quality time with their children. The stronger the relationship between parent and child, the more likely that child is to succeed.
